8K Undercliff Run for Women
Five years ago my two young sons and I fled an awful situation. Rise helped me through my healing process with counselling. They reprogrammed me. They helped me to find strength and not feel so alone.
Kate Orrells is a teacher from Brighton who ran the race last year with her Mum. Kate is a survivor of domestic abuse and was helped by Rise.
