Did you take part in the 8K run on Sunday?

When we’re planning for next year’s event it really helps us to know what you did and didn’t like about our event.
Can you please spare five mins to complete this survey to tell us what you thought?
You could win a prize worth £30 donated by Bird & Blend!
Thank you!

Our signature Women's 8K run is back on Sunday 13th of October, fundraising for our vital services that support survivors of domestic abuse in Brighton & Hove. Don't miss out on this fantastic day!

We're very lucky to have Caroline Lucas MP for Brighton and Hove Pavilion joining us, giving a speech and starting the race.

The crumble lady herself, Lorraine Bowen from Britain's Got Talent is our special guest joining us for the second year running to warm you up and make everyone smile!

Please note - entries are now closed, but if you're not running, you can come and cheer on our runners on and enjoy our special guests and the atmosphere!

The race kicks off at 10:00am, and warm ups start at 9:40am.

RISE running vests and warm RISE Hoodies available to buy - don't forget to bring some cash (the hoodies are £22 and the running vests are £15)

Runners - fundraising and sponsorship

All donations and sponsorship will go towards helping rebuild the lives of families affected by domestic abuse in Brighton & Hove, through practical solutions, shelter and support. So if you haven't yet personalised your online fundraising page or you can't locate the details for it, please follow the instructions here to set it up and start fundraising.

What if I'm injured before the big day?

Please do still come along and join us even if you are unable to run on the day. You can still take part by volunteering! We are always looking for volunteers to help with welcoming & cheering people on, marshaling, finish line stewarding & lots of other fun roles. Let us know or just turn up on the day from 8.30am, and register with Tessa, our Volunteer Organiser, who can be found in the volunteer tent.
