Sunday 27th June, 2021

Since lockdown began there has been a worldwide increase in cases of domestic abuse. At RISE, calls to our helpline have tripled and the demand for our services has sadly increased. To help us meet this demand and continue offering our vital services to survivors of domestic abuse, we would love for any of our awesome supporters to run the Grand Brighton Half Marathon in aid of RISE.

Register your place in the Brighton Half Marathon

After a year of race cancellations or postponements throughout 2020, the 2021 Grand Brighton Half will be an amazing way to get running again, supporting a great charity on a beautiful route across Brighton.

How to register

If you would like to run for us you can buy an entry on the Brighton Half Marathon website for general entry. Please then set up a JustGiving page so your sponsors can directly donate to RISE. We’re challenging runners to raise £150, but every penny counts! All money raised will go to helping survivors of domestic abuse.

Due to Covid restrictions, we are sadly unable to provide our runners with any of our famous cakes or cuppas after the race. But, our fantastic fundraising team will be with you every step of the way, before the event with top tips on how to maximise your sponsorship, and you will also be provided with a special pink RISE running vest.

We are so grateful to all our incredible runners!
