Self-Referral Form

We have had to pause online referrals to our Helpline whilst we help those who have already contacted us. We will open this again as soon as we can. We are still accepting calls to the Helpline - please see details here.

In the meantime, if you need help urgently, please contact the police on 999, or the Brighton and Hove Domestic Abuse Team at Victim Support on 0300 323 9985, or [email protected], who will be able to help you.

Adult Therapy Professional Referral Form

We are currently accepting referrals for our LGBT Adult 1-1 therapy service only.

Due to demand, our Women's 1-1 therapy service is still closed. We will not be able to accept any referrals for this service currently.

Children, Young People, and Family Referral Form for Professionals

*UPDATED JULY 2026*

Due to demand, we are currently unable to accept referrals to our Children and Young Person’s Service (1:1 therapy, Rising Stars and Mini Stars)

We do this when we have young people waiting for more than 6 months, but we will open it again when we have reduced the current waiting list, so do check back from time to time.

If your child/children are already on the waiting list, they will remain on the list.
