Fundraising

Your donations and fundraising directly support individuals and families affected by domestic violence and abuse in Brighton & Hove. Specifically, RISE provides:

• Helpline
• Specialised case workers for specialist LGBTQ+, marginalised communities, including our Wellbeing worker for black and minoritised women
• Support for children, young people, and families
• Therapies and counselling
• Housing advice and advocacy
• Online learning and community programs
• Legal assistance

We ask that each participant donates or raises at least £50 (+Gift Aid if applicable), but there's no upper limit!

Matched Giving – Some companies offer matched giving (also known as match funding)- this gives employees the chance to boost their fundraising, as their employer matches the money they’ve raised. Check with your employer to see if they have this scheme in place, or would be willing to do this for you- it's a great way to boost donations and support RISE.
