Are you an experienced therapist with management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment? Can you lead a team of therapists and support them and other staff to work in a trauma-informed way, supporting service users with complex presentations and backgrounds? Do you have the ability to integrate the role of clinical lead with role of manager and leader?

RISE is looking for a new Manager of Therapeutic Services to take forward the development of the team’s work supporting adult, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse, and to continue the work of integrating psychological, wellbeing and trauma-awareness across the whole organisation. This challenging role is central to our Leadership Team and our ongoing development as a trauma-informed organisation and requires a unique combination of skills – clinical, managerial, and leadership, -and as such we are open to considering applicants with some skills development needs.

On appointment you will be expected to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and supply us with references.

Working days to include Mondays and Wednesdays. Additional hours sometimes available depending on funding.
