RISE is independent charity based in Brighton and Hove providing a range of community based and residential services to survivors of domestic abuse.

We are looking for two Team Leaders to support Service Managers in leading the Access and Outreach Team. One post is full-time to backfill a secondment for 11 months within the organisation and the other is a part-time permanent post.

The post holder will work closely with the Service Manager and other Team Leaders as well as being part of the wider RISE Management Team.

They will take a role in the day-to-day operation of the Access and Outreach team and lead on some key areas. They will provide line management to Domestic Abuse Caseworkers, lead groups as well as working with some of the more complex cases.
