Team Leader (Access and Outreach Team)

We are looking for a Team Leader to support Service Managers in leading the Access and Outreach Team.

The post holder will work closely with the Service Manager and other Team Leaders as well as being part of the wider RISE Management Team.

They will take a role in the day-to-day operation of the Access and Outreach team and lead on some key areas. This post holder will be the MARAC operational lead.

They will provide line management to Domestic Abuse Caseworkers, lead groups as well as working with some of the more complex cases.
