A Service Update

Posted February, 2022

We are still here, and we are still supporting you.

If you need support from RISE, either for yourself or someone else, you can call our helpline on 01273 622822, or email [email protected]

The launch of our online chat service is also imminent, so you will be able contact us if you are unable to make a phone call. You can also contact the National Domestic Violence 24hr Helpline on 0808 2000 247 for out-of-hours support.

We are continuing to offer case work appointments, mostly via telephone or video but some in person where essential, and we are also offering some online groups.

A great resource for domestic abuse survivors is the Women’s Aid’s survivor forum, where you can access support from other survivors online at any time.

The following services, unfortunately, remain suspended:

· Our weekly drop-ins at Hove Town Hall

· Our weekly drop-ins at the Rainbow Hub

We want to reassure you that you do not have to face difficult times alone. We believe you, and even where we cannot offer you face-to-face support, will are still here for you, and freedom from domestic abuse remains our priority.

If you are in danger, call 999.

If you can't speak to the call handler, listen to the instructions and when prompted, press 55.
