Be part of the RISE family and donate your time and skills.

Last year volunteers from all walks to life donated 3,899 hours of their energy and expertise. This translates into two full time workers helping local survivors of domestic abuse.

Whether you give your time regularly, or from time to time, you’re welcome to join our crack team of volunteers doing good and having fun.
