Below are answers to some of your most frequently asked questions:

Q1. What is included?

Standard entry includes our training program, a medal & goody bag, as well as cake and bananas at the finish line.

Standard+ entry includes: Same as above + a donation to RISE (meaning you don't need to fundraise independently)

You can also enter as a team of 4, or with your school or college as part of our Schools Shield!

Q2. What if I enter and then can’t make the event?

If you are no longer able to run for any reason, please contact us at [email protected]

Q3. Can I walk instead of running?

Yes, you are able to go at your own pace, and we have walkers at the back of the running group to maintain your health and safety.

Q4. Can I dress up?

Of course! We actively encourage dressing up, and have a prize for the best fancy dress.

Q5. Will there be refreshments available on the day?

Yes. We will be providing water stations, homemade cakes, and bananas on the day, and other refreshments will be available to purchase from Nic & Ben's catering van.

Q6. Can I purchase merchandise?

Yes. These are available at checkout. If you have already entered and now wish to purchase merchandise, you can log back on to your registration and order your merch.

Q7. What if I am injured on the day?

Although injuries are rare, we will have a full medic team available on the day should any injuries occur.

Q8. Will there be a warm-up session before the race?

Yes. Zuzana from Z-Energy will be there to make sure everyone is warmed up and ready to run!

Q9. Will there be men there?

Yes, although men aren't allowed to enter the race, they are allowed on site and fill important roles, such as volunteers and supporters on the route, and there will be male contractors there as part of the event support.

Q10. Will photographs be taken on the day?

Yes, we will have photographers on the day, taking candid photos and photos of our prize winners. If you don't want your photo to be used publicly, please email us at [email protected] and speak to a member of staff on the day.

Q11. What are the age restrictions?

The minimum age is 15, no maximum age. Under-13s cannot volunteer, and all under-18s must provide parental consent.
